Promotion Society

The Society for the Promotion of Arnkiel Park Munkwolstrup e.V. was founded in August 2002 and today has 105 members. The society pursues the following goals and tasks in particular: 
Maintenance of the prehistoric burial field of Munkwolstrup as a contribution to cultural furtherance.

 

This includes:

  • Promotion of scientific research of the megalithic burial field at Munkwolstrup and the nearby settlement history.

  • Development forthe general public.

  • Fundraising of donations and support funds.

  • Carrying out  training measures.

 

The society exclusively and immediately pursues a non-profit activity and is entitled to provide receipts for charitable donations according to § 58 No.1AO.

The society is entered in the Society Register under the number VR 1803 FL.

Our Society (Excerpt from the Bylaws)

  1. Maintenance of the prehistoric burial field of Munkwolstrup as a contribution to cultural furtherance. This includes:

    (a) Promotion of scientific research of the megalithic burial field at Munkwolstrup and the nearby settlement history.

    (b) Development for the general public.

    (c) Fundraising of donations and support funds.

  2. The society also promotes the carrying out of training measures for the goal of the management and further development of workforces that are necessary to the execution of the tasks in accordance with the bylaws.

  3. The goal of the bylaws is also fulfilled by the taking over of the operation of measures according to the work development regulation and other research programmes.

  4. The society exclusively and immediately pursues a charitable purpose in the sense of  General Fiscal Law and accordingly strives toward a recognition of the right to present receipts for charitable donations to the presiding finance office. The charitable nature in the sense of General Fiscal Law exists.
